Job Overview:
- Identify and troubleshoot defective hardware and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve software and application issues.
- Perform hardware checks and resolve issues prior to deployment.
- Support and maintain network room infrastructure.
- Provide technical support in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with users.
- Travel as required to support deployment and technical operations.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of network environments and infrastructure.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Experience in technical support or IT-related roles.
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and deployment.
- Experience working with network systems and environments.
- Knowledge of network operating systems.
- Understanding of ITIL framework.
- Technical certifications such as A , MCP, MTA, or similar preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Organizational and time management skills.

- Associate degree with relevant experience or high school diploma with additional experience may be considered.
