Role Description The Director, Brand Partnership Sales is a full-time, hybrid role based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role is responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing brand partnership opportunities with new and existing clients, focusing on strategic, high-value relationships. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach, leading client meetings and presentations, developing customized proposals, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth. The director will oversee the sales cycle from lead generation through renewal, collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution, and ensure that brand partners have a seamless and high-impact experience. The role also involves monitoring market trends, refining sales strategies, and contributing to long-term business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in Strategic Partnerships and Strategic Planning to build, grow, and manage high-impact brand relationships.
- Track record of success in Sales, particularly in media, advertising, or brand partnerships, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Experience working with major brands or agencies and comfort navigating complex decision-making processes.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance, derive insights, and optimize sales approaches.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in New York, NY, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Compensation: $130,000-$180,000 Commission/Bonuses
