In this Insurance Sales Representative apprenticeship, you will generate new business, strengthen client relationships, and help customers while benefiting from a family-like culture, hands-on training, and significant opportunities for career advancement. This U.S. Registered Apprenticeship is an earn-and-learn program designed to be completed in approximately 12 months.

Apprentice Responsibilities

• Generate new business by proactively reaching out to prospects and converting leads into clients
• Cross-sell and upsell policies to existing customers to ensure full protection
• Uncover opportunities through needs-based conversations, referrals, and relationship building
• Provide exceptional service and personalized insurance solutions
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through follow-up and closing skills
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S.
• Available to commit to a 2000-hour competency-based apprenticeship program (approximately 12 months)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (for non-native speakers a TOEFL score of 80 is recommended)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active insurance license (we will help you obtain your license)

• Sales-driven and goal-oriented with a proven desire to succeed
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, build rapport, and explain options clearly
• Resilient and adaptable, with persistence in overcoming objections

• Salary range: $18.54 - $25.00 per hour
