Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM; Monday-Friday 8:00 PM-11:00 PM;
Saturday 8:00 AM-1:00 PM and 8:00 PM-11:00 PM;
Sunday 8:00 AM-1:00 PM and 8:00 PM-11:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation
- Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care aide, home health aide, or similar role preferred
- Genuine compassion, patience, and a caring demeanor toward clients and their families
- Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and supporting clients
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal care instructions
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Must pass a background check and any required state screenings
- High school diploma or GED preferred
