- Support lead generation efforts by identifying, researching, and qualifying prospective partners across target verticals.
- Represent OpenArt at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and surface new partnership leads.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and advance new partnership opportunities from initial conversation through signed agreements.
- Manage a portfolio of active partnerships end-to-end, including kickoff, execution, ongoing relationship management, and expansion.
- Translate partnership goals into structured plans with clear milestones, ownership, and timelines.
- Maintain strong operational habits across CRM hygiene, project trackers, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams internally to ensure partner commitments are delivered on time and at a high standard.
- U.S. work authorization / location: We are only considering candidates who can be physically located and work-authorized in the United States. H1B visa sponsorship is available.
- 3 years of work experience, preferably in top-tier consulting (e.g., MBB), investing, private equity, or an equivalent high-performance environment.
- Native or near-native English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional execution and operational ownership: proven ability to drive workstreams forward with speed, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Strong business acumen and creative problem-solving: comfortable challenging the status quo and finding ways to make things happen.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
- Experience in media/entertainment, advertising, creator economy, or AI/tech is a plus.
- Bay Area required: due to proximity to AI model companies and need for in-person relationship building.
- Hybrid options available for candidates based near the Bay Area.
- Visa sponsorship available.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
