This team operates in a greenfield environment and moves quickly through prototyping, experimentation, and iterative deployment. We partner closely with Product, Design, and Research to bring research breakthroughs into real-world systems at global scale.

What You’ll Do
- Build the next generation of advertising tools for AI-first world.
- Translate our product principles—privacy, independence, choice, and trust—into concrete product and interaction decisions for advertiser-facing tools.
- Partner with product, engineering, research, and policy teams to define new monetization and ads surfaces, systems, and workflows from the ground up.
- Design user-facing controls for ad personalization, data usage, and opt-out flows, as well as intuitive interfaces for advertisers to manage campaigns responsibly.
- Navigate complex tradeoffs between business needs, user trust, and long-term platform health.
- Create thoughtful artifacts that help align cross-functional teams and guide execution across both consumer and console experiences.
- Contribute to a design culture that values clarity, restraint, and responsibility as much as craft.

- Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.
- Have experience shipping large scale software products
- Have a portfolio showcasing strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills, with a high bar for quality and craft
- Love thinking through complex interaction design problems
- Possess impactful communication and storytelling skills
- Enjoy tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into a clear vision
- Get excited about being immersed in the AI research process and defining how AI-first products should look and behave
