They need elite hunter/closers who can turn conversations into pipeline, own the full sales cycle from day one & earn properly through uncapped commission.

Profile
You’re hungry & obsessed with & winning
- You don't shy from selling or heavy outbound
- Minimum 12 months revenue-generating sales experience with full deal ownership (untrained grads welcome).
- Seasoned in cold calling & cold outreach (150 per day).
- You want to build & close your own pipeline
- You can win trust quickly & handle rejection without slowing down
- You’re fluent with multi-channel outreach
- Comfortable engaging decision-makers in boutique, fast-moving business environments
- Startup experience is a plus - grit matters more than anything
In this role, you’ll:
- Work alongside an intense A* high performing hunter/closer sales team
- Benefit from a structured winning machine - industry leaders that have done it all, right beside you & a conquering playbook to execute.
- Dial 150 cold calls daily, all enriched data provided by an award winning marketing engine
- Run outbound & build pipeline across multiple channels
- Handle & close the full prospect lifecycle from first contact to contract
- Hit & exceed monthly benchmarks
Reps are ALL exceeding quota - you'll have strong competition to run up the leaderboard. Training & product knowledge is set right for your success.
What’s on offer:
- $70,000-$80,000 base commission 50/50 OTE ($160,000 )
- No cap on commission
