Profile
You’ve prospected, sold & closed relentlessly. You’re obsessed with performance, competition & winning.
- Minimum 12 months revenue-generating sales experience with full deal ownership
- Seasoned in cold calling & cold outreach (150 per day).
- You want to build & close your own pipeline
- You can win trust quickly & handle rejection without slowing down
- You’re fluent with multi-channel outreach
- Comfortable engaging decision-makers in boutique, fast-moving business environments
- Startup experience is a plus - grit matters more than anything
In this role, you’ll:
- Work alongside an intense A* high performing hunter/closer sales team
- Dial 150 cold calls daily, all enriched data provided by marketing
- Run outbound & build pipeline across multiple channels
- Handle & close the full prospect lifecycle from first contact to contract
- Hit & exceed monthly benchmarks
