- Support the strategy and evolution of the people function
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and manage key HR projects
- Own U.S. HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HRIS accuracy
- Provide HR support on policies, benefits, payroll, and employee relations
- Partner with vendors and internal teams on benefits, compliance, and payroll
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Support talent development, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Support spinout readiness (employee data, contracts, benefits, payroll, communications)
- Implement scalable HR processes, systems, and automation
- Build self-service resources and support evolving people priorities
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
