We are seeking an experienced ERP Financial Consultant with a strong background in accounting and finance to support the design, configuration, and implementation of our ERP solutions. This role requires a blend of functional expertise, analytical skills, and hands-on ERP experience.

- Lead the financial workstream for ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Analyze clients' financial operations and recommend best-practice workflows aligned with GAAP and industry standards
- Configure ERP modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Financial Reporting
- Develop and document future-state processes, functional specifications, and configuration guides
- Support data migration strategy and validation of financial data
- Partner with project team to ensure successful integration between finance modules and other functional areas (e.g., inventory, procurement, sales)
- Conduct user training, develop training materials, and provide post-go-live support
- Troubleshoot and resolve financial module issues, ensuring system accuracy and compliance
- Advise clients on internal controls, accounting treatments, and best-in-class financial practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodology and reusable assets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- Professional certification such as CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced financial credential (strongly preferred)
- 3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or public accounting
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial close processes, and core accounting principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into financial system solutions
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in consulting or implementation projects
- Hands-on experience configuring financial modules in modern cloud-based ERP systems
- Familiarity with project accounting or manufacturing workflows
- Experience designing financial reports and dashboards
