Role Description

This is a full-time Chief Executive Officer role, based in , CA, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion (hybrid). The CEO will lead Open Sonic’s vision and strategic goals, drive business growth, and oversee all critical functions, including operations, finance, sales, and strategic initiatives. The role involves building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving innovation within the market of advanced medical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance and Business Planning to oversee budgets, manage financial performance, and drive investment strategies
• Strong expertise in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to align organizational processes with long-term goals
• Proven leadership in Sales and Business Development to attract clients, expand global reach, and drive revenue growth
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Demonstrated experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is highly beneficial
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
