Open Sky Wellness is a growing private practice seeking a licensed therapist or counselor to join our team. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working directly with clients and wants the flexibility of private practice without the administrative burden of managing a practice independently.

Compensation
$65,000–$85,000 annually, depending on licensure, experience, and productivity.
Our compensation structure includes a base salary with additional earning potential tied to clinical productivity.
About the Position
The Mental Health Clinician will provide individual therapy to clients experiencing a variety of mental health and life concerns. Common areas of focus within our practice include:
- Anxiety and depression
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions
- Stress
- Older adult concerns
We welcome clinicians with a variety of professional backgrounds, specialties, and therapeutic approaches. We are more interested in finding the right person and clinical fit than checking every box on a list.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
- A licensed behavioral health professional, such as an LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LPCC
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to individualized care
- Comfortable working independently
- Organized and able to maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Open to collaboration and consultation with other clinicians
Clinicians working toward advanced licensure are encouraged to apply. Supervision arrangements and expectations will be discussed based on each candidate’s experience and professional needs.
