Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Contract Clinical Supervisor (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling and will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to the clinical staff. Duties
- Support clinical staff in providing individual and group counseling sessions.
- Implement behavior management strategies to enhance client outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- Valid independent clinical licensure
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and crisis intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
