- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- Valid independent clinical licensure
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and crisis intervention strategies.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
Duties
- Support clinical staff in providing individual and group counseling sessions.
- Implement behavior management strategies to enhance client outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
- Experience in behavioral health settings preferred.
