Job Overview

• Help with basic medical procedures under supervision, including taking vital signs and recording observations accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment in patient care areas.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding of care needs.
• Document patient information accurately using IT systems in accordance with organisational protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
