Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and structural components
- Perform advanced troubleshooting on motorhomes and towables
- Lead and support junior technicians with training and technical guidance
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company quality standards
- Accurately document repairs, parts usage, and service notes
- Maintain efficiency while minimizing comebacks and repeat repairs
- Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate timelines and solutions
- Stay current on RV technology, systems, and best practices
Qualifications
- 5 years of RV technician experience (or equivalent automotive/marine experience)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems
- RVIA/RVDA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor others
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
