About Open Road Interiors
Open Road Interiors is a growing Lancaster, PA business specializing in replacement RV sofas. We help RV owners upgrade tired, worn-out furniture with quality replacements that fit right and feel like home on the road. We are a faith-based, family-friendly company that believes in doing right by our customers and by each other.
The Role
This is a hands-on role that blends sales and installation. One day you might be helping a customer pick the perfect sofa for their motorhome; the next you are in the RV making sure it is installed clean, square, and solid. You will be the face of the business to many of our customers, so a strong desire to serve others matters as much as skill.
What You Will Do
- Guide customers through selecting replacement RV sofas and related furniture
- Remove old furniture and install replacement sofas in customer RVs
- Provide honest, practical recommendations - we sell what fits, not what pads the ticket
- Keep work areas and customer RVs clean and treated with care
- Occasionally travel to RV shows to represent the business (a plus, not required)
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent work ethic and a strong desire to serve others
- Excellent sales skills with a practical, hands-on bend
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs at times
- Comfortable with hand tools and careful, precise work
- Saturday availability preferred, but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel to RV shows is great, but not required
