Open Road Finance Customer Service Representatives are the all-around, front-line customer resource, handling everything from inbound calls, emails, text/or chats. You’ll take ownership in helping customers by answering questions, assisting them in scheduling an appointment at their nearest preferred Harley-Davidson dealership and following up with dealership partners to ensure the customer receives the premium customer experience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to multitask between multiple tools and systems
- Performance mindset.
- Setting appointments for customers to visit our closest preferred motorcycle provider through overcoming objections, active listening, empathy, professionalism, scripting, and problem-solving.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, with the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
- The ability to set and achieve sales goals and performance metrics.
- Able to work weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
- Ability to work independently but works well as a team and seeks leadership support when necessary.
- Interacts with customers via telephone, e-mail, or face-to-face to assist with various customer inquiries and issues. Must be able to wear telephone headset and manipulate objects such as pen, keyboard, and mouse.
