SALES EXECUTIVE
Position Title: Sales Executive (I, II, III)
Department: Sales
Channel Placement: Assigned by channel (Sports, Mass, Club, etc)
Reports To: Director of Sales (or Channel Director)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Executive supports and drives growth within key accounts and assigned channels through strategic selling, opportunity development, and disciplined execution. This role focuses on expanding distribution, driving incremental programs, and supporting major account initiatives in alignment with channel leadership objectives.
Annual revenue responsibility varies by territory, channel, and level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive expansion within assigned key accounts and channels
- Develop new customers and distribution opportunities
- Support and lead line reviews and major presentations as appropriate
- Drive incremental distribution, promotional programs, and assortment growth
- Support forecasting, inventory planning, and revenue projections
- Maintain strong product and market knowledge
- Track and manage opportunity pipelines using internal reporting tools
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure execution alignment across Category, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Support channel-level strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with retailer standards, pricing guidelines, and company policies
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and forecast integrity
