Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS system 4Up
- Take food and drink orders from guests promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and attentiveness.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
- Process payments efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Assist with catering events, banquets, or events service as needed, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations to promote a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
