We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and corporate environment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional project governance skills, and hands-on experience managing cloud, security, and compliance-driven projects.
- Lead end-to-end project management for MSP service initiatives, including cloud migrations, security programs, and compliance efforts
- Manage projects related to Microsoft Azure, infrastructure modernization, and managed cloud services
- Coordinate and support SOC 2 and other compliance initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budgets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, customers, and vendors
- Track risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation
- Facilitate project meetings and executive status updates
- Experience in Managed Services Provider (MSP) environments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Experience supporting SOC 2 compliance
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, GDPR (as applicable)

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)- 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications

- ITIL or security/compliance certifications
