This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Clinician. The role is based in Lewes, DE, with some remote work options available. The Mental Health Clinician will provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, create treatment plans, conduct case management, and support clients dealing with psychological and behavioral health challenges. Collaboration with team members and maintaining accurate clinical documentation will also be key aspects of the role.

• Skills in Social Work and Case Management to support client care and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Knowledge and experience in Psychology, Family Therapy, and Behavioral Health to address diverse client needs effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (required).
• Active licensure in mental health practice in the state of Delaware or eligibility for licensure transfer.
• Experience working with diverse populations; knowledge of trauma-focused or evidence-based therapeutic practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in maintaining confidential client records and utilizing electronic documentation systems.
