At Open Loop Energy, this role is all about supporting the team and keeping daily operations running smoothly. As a General Laborer, you’ll assist with a variety of hands-on tasks across the shop, helping prepare materials, clean components, move equipment, and maintain an organized workspace. Your work helps ensure jobs stay on track from start to finish.
Pay
$16–$22 per hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do
In this role, your day will vary depending on shop needs. You may help unload and organize incoming materials, assist with basic material preparation, and move parts and equipment throughout the facility. You’ll also support the team by cleaning and preparing components, including power washing and sandblasting parts to get them ready for repair or assembly.
You’ll work alongside machine operators, welders, and other team members to make sure they have what they need to keep work moving. In addition, you’ll help with general cleanup, organizing tools and materials, and preparing items for shipment. This role includes physical work such as lifting materials up to 50 lbs and performing other duties as assigned to support the team.
