This role will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining client relationships within specific healthcare segments: skilled nursing facilities, medical offices, hospitals, schools, and corporate service programs.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting skilled nursing facilities, medical offices, hospitals, educational institutions, and corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in these healthcare segments
- Conduct product demonstrations of our laboratory testing services tailored to each client segment
- Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Develop customized proposals addressing specific testing needs for different healthcare settings
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events relevant to our target markets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of testing services
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market intelligence
- Stay current on healthcare regulations affecting laboratory testing requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- Clinical laboratory experience or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
- 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare or laboratory services
- Knowledge of testing requirements specific to skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and corporate drug testing programs
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA, CLIA, and CPT/ICD coding
- Understanding of clinical testing workflows in different healthcare settings
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for different types of testing (drug screening, diagnostic, etc.)
- Experience selling laboratory testing services to one or more of our target segments
- Experience selling to multiple stakeholders within healthcare organizations
- Demonstrated success with consultative selling approaches in healthcare
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory (50-70%)

OPEN Healthcare US offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated salary for this role ranges from $60,000-$65,000/yr Sales Bonus. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's education, skills, qualifications, related work experience, and etc.
