Open Gym Premier (OGP) provides camps, club teams, leagues, tournaments and training to dedicated basketball and volleyball players. OGP has expanded significantly since inception and now operates club programs all across Orange County as well as a private 9-court facility in Anaheim, 8-court facility in Ladera Ranch, and 4-court facility in Oakland, CA. The event model now includes an elevated camp experience for elite players through the Elite Basketball Circuit and a full-service tournament platform through Grassroots 365, Hype Her Hoops, The Stage Circuit, Scholastic Series, Breakthrough Circuit and more.

We are currently hiring for our Tournament Manager role in our Anaheim, California office. If you are interested in coordinating youth basketball tournaments for the largest youth basketball event operator in the Western United States, please apply!
The Tournament Manager will assist the Vice President as well as the Senior Director in the successful execution and operation of our tournaments. Candidates for this position should be forward thinking, energetic, and have the ability to think on their feet and provide the highest level of customer service. Job Description
- Build relationships with programs and teams participating in our events.
- Personal outreach to youth basketball program directors to help expand number of teams in OGP events. Must be sales-minded!
- Manage all aspetcs of game scheduling and event operations.
- Balance team schedules, taking into account factors such as facility availability, travel considerations, and age group requirements.
- Utilize Exposure events to create and maintain a well-organized calendar of youth basketball tournaments and events.
- Must have extremely high attention to detail. Heavy usage of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and Exposure scheduling software.
- On-site tournament management of certain events.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of basketball and basjetball rules - experience playing/coaching/scouting preferred
- Ability to travel to various locations for events on occasion
- Must be punctual, courteous, and professional
