POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Director of Middle School Programs (DMSP), the Middle School Program Manager is responsible for the quality of the Middle School sites and the supervision of staff assigned to the Middle School Program and for all data collection, analysis and reporting.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
- Middle School Program Management:
- Responsible for all the results of the Middle School Programs, including but not limiting to, recruitment, compliance, logistics, data collection, curriculum, and family engagement.
- Ensures the effective delivery of programing at each Middle School site.
- Conducts weekly campus observations to ensure the quality of programming.
- Conducts weekly staff meetings.
- Leads Middle School team in developing monthly curriculum.
- Creates schedules for coordinators and other staff at each site.
- Conducts weekly one-on-one meetings with all direct reports to provide individual feedback.
- Establishes data baselines and collection methods to track the progress of each scholar.
- Assists Lead Coordinators with the development of the logic model goals for their campus and ensures the logic model goals are achieved.
- Builds strong relationships with community partners and ODA staff.
- Responsible for the Middle School Program budget.
- Completes all required reports per site and meets deadlines.
- Collaborates with the Advancement Department on grants and goal alignment.
- Programming Team Leadership:
- Collaborates with other Programming Team Directors & Managers to assess the quality of programming and ensure deadlines and goals are met.
- Co-leads the weekly Huddle meetings with other Programming Department Managers and Directors.
- Assists and contributes to all company and programming team meetings and events.
- Serves on the Summer Camp Leadership Team with other managers.
- Advances the Organization’s professional image.
- Promotes the organization’s mission, philosophy, and vision.

- Serves as a liaison between the leadership and program staff, scholars, and families.
- Develops a strong community culture among staff, parents, and the community based upon ODA values.
- Works closely with ODA’s community partners and volunteers to ensure a high-quality experience for scholars.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge around emerging program trends.
- Effectively collaborates with staff to manage and document parent fee collection, staff timesheets, attendance, participation, and CRM information.
- Administers the approved budget for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Prepares/maintains accurate records. Submits required paperwork on time.
- Assists with other Programming Department initiatives, as necessary.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree Education, Social Work or related field required.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience:
- Experience in education in a non-profit setting is highly desirable.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of how to use assessment data to inform curriculum decisions highly desirable.
- ODA experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Organizational Skills
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be certified as a Level III Administrator through the Ohio Child Care Resource and Referral Association (OCCRA)

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
