Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-10pm

What You'll Do
- Supervise and coach Case Aides; support hiring, scheduling, and performance management
- Provide case management direction and oversee participant progress
- Coordinate program operations, including intake/discharge and service planning
- Facilitate recovery, life skills, and faith-based programming
- Maintain program outcomes, reporting, and community partnerships
- 3 years working with homelessness, mental health, or addiction populations
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Ministry-minded individual aligned with Christian values
- Valid NYS driver's license
Compensation-$45k-55k per year
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
