Urgent Care Provider (MD/DO/NP/PA) – Flexible Scheduling Available
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Urgent Care Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for providers looking to supplement their income or maintain a flexible work schedule in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible scheduling options:
- Part-time: 24–29 hours per week
- Full-time: 30–36 hours per week
- PRN - "as needed": evening coverage, weekend coverage
- Weekend availability is required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts included)
- Ideal for providers seeking to work 2–3 days per week
- Supportive team environment with strong clinical support
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Successful candidates will have:
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and patient-centered car
- Understanding of the social determinants of health and their influence on patient outcomes
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of clinical documentation and diagnostic standards (ICD)
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ethical practice standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based, integrated care environment
- Comfort using electronic health records (EHRs) and digital assessment tools
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Indiana
- Federal DEA certification and Indiana CSR
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Strong community health/public health orientation
- Active Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Indiana Nurse Practitioner authorization
- Federal DEA certification and Indiana CSR
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN required)
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with certification
- Possession of Indiana State Physician Assistant License
- National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
- Federal DEA certification and Indiana CSR
- Graduate of an accredited PA program required.
- Successful completion of an approved Physician Assistant program, testing, and certification
