We offer:
- Full-time position with an immediate, full patient schedule.
- Compensation: Guaranteed salary of 200k or production pay whichever is higher. (Current associates are averaging more than $350,000 annually.)
- Relocation support: $20K moving stipend / sign-on bonus.

Schedule:
Enjoy a work-life balance with consistent weekly scheduling:
- 6-8 weeks of time off annually.
- Three 12-hour shifts on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with one Saturday shift per month from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, offering a predictable and balanced schedule.
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
- Medford, OR 97501: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
