Duties
- Load and unload shipments with precision, ensuring all products are handled safely.
- Operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform picking and packing of orders accurately to meet customer specifications.
- Maintain an organized inventory system, ensuring all items are accounted for and easily accessible.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and report discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency within the warehouse.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as pallet jacks and cranes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
