Note Specialist is responsible for assisting with the payments and system processing, funding, preparing loan documents, and reporting of loans.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
1. Perform daily duties, which includes:
- Balancing Loans
- Review Callback
- Daily Report Distributions
- Payment processing
- Pull out system reports from Director for Note
- Pull out Loan related Notifications and mail out to customers
- Prepare Certifications
- Prepare Demand Letter
- Prepare Keyboard Closing
- Prepare Line Advances and payments
- Prepare Block Posting(Keyboard Input)
- Review Loan related Invoices
- Send Outgoing Mail
- Upload Loan Related Reports to Shared Drive
2. Perform weekly duties, which includes:
- Collateral Follow-up
3. Perform other duties, which includes:
- Loan documentation using Laser Pro
- Process new loans booking & funding
- Process renewals & extensions
- Process Demand/Payoff
- Upload Loan Documents to Image Directors
- Prepare Monthly Colson Report
- Send Storage Boxes to Iron Mountain
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or experience:
• 1 years of experience in note operations, credit administration, lending, or banking preferred.
• Bachelor degree from an accredited college is preferred.
• Present a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental, and external representatives.
