Open Avenues provides participants with transportation to and from our facility each day.
Transport:
- Provide transportation to based on a pre-arranged schedule & route
- Follow all traffic laws
- Ensure participants safety while boarding & deboarding
Supervision:
- Provide supervision to passengers while in route
- Maintain safe & orderly environment
- Enforce rules & behavior requirements
- Treat participants with dignity & respect
- Familiarize yourself with special needs of each individual
Communication:
- Monitor & report vehicle needs, i.e. fuel/maintenance requirements
- Report participant concerns
- Maintain confidentiality
Documentation:
- Complete Trip Sheet documentation
- Complete Daily Trip Report
- Complete Pre-Trip documentation
Work Ethic:
- Work cooperatively with all staff members
- Develop & maintain flexibility
- Assist other team members as needed
As a representative of Open Avenues, an attitude of professionalism is expected with interactions with all participants, staff, client representatives, visitors, etc.

Pay: From $12.25 per hour
