Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.
- Create lesson plans that incorporate various subjects including literacy, math, and physical education.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs or those requiring early intervention.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing as needed to track student development.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and behavior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
