Position: Infant Toddler Teacher
Are you passionate about nurturing the growth and development of young children? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our team! At our center, we believe in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide attentive and loving care to infants and toddlers in accordance with best practices and safety standards.
· Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
· Maintain open communication with families regarding their child's progress and needs.
· Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
· Monitor and document children’s growth, behaviors, and milestones.
· Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support center-wide goals and initiatives.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent; Child Development Associate (CDA) or higher preferred.
· Experience working with infants and toddlers in a professional childcare setting.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
· Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate patience, creativity, and flexibility.
