Open Arms Home Care is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is more than answering calls — you will be responsible for making and managing calls with families seeking care, serving as the initial point of contact, understanding their needs and reasons for seeking services, educating families on the services we offer, guiding them through the intake process, verifying insurance information, . The ideal candidate should be organized , responsive, and confident managing multiple opportunities while providing a professional and compassionate experience. Join our team helping convert inquiries into successful clients.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily call activity, 50 to 100 calls per day to support client inquires and follow-up.
- Serve as the first point of contact
- Complete intake calls to understand needs and reason for seeking services
- Educate families on Open Arms Home Care’s services and guide them through the intake process.
- Verify insurance information and gather required client details.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update client information.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Coordination, and HR team to help ensure cases progress efficiently and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, intake, healthcare, or insurance
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or MCOs (preferred)
- CRM experience
- Ability to manage multiple active cases
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred)
