Available Shifts:

We offer a variety of flexible shifts to fit your schedule, both part-time and full-time:

→ Day Shifts: 6 hours, 8 hours, or 12 hours

→ Monday-Friday: Openings for consistent weekday shifts. Every other weekend availability required and must have open availability on at least 4 days.

→ Weekends Only: Openings for consistent weekend shifts. Availability required for every weekend.

What You’ll Do:

As a Caregiver with Open Arms and Franciscan Care Solutions, you’ll help our seniors stay safe, comfortable, and happy at home by:

• assisting with daily activities (bathing, meal prep, medication reminders)
• providing emotional support and companionship
• supporting independence with mobility assistance (gait belts, hoyer lifts)
• driving clients to appointments or running errands
• creating fun activities and socializing
• observing and reporting changes in their condition

Must-Have Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience, especially experience supporting clients with dementia or memory care
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely assist clients with mobility and transfers
