What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Caregiver position at Open Arms Assisted Living?
$1000 bonus after 6 months of employment.
Open Arms is looking to hire a candidate for day positions. The hours are 8am-4pm Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate has is has experience , grooming, preparing meals, transportation, and completing daily notes for adults with developmental disabilities. A minimum of one year experience or internship experience working with adults with developmental disabilities. The candidate should be patient, mature, strongly independent, consistent, dependable, and social. The candidate must have strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and writing skills.
The following duties are required as part of the position :
- Daily detailed note writing.
- Medication assistance.
- Following the residents plans of care and goals.
The hourly rate is $22.37 per hour
Requirements :
- Current adult CPR/First Aid certification.
- Current TB test card.
- Background check with fingerprints.
- Clean background.
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Acceptable driving record.
