What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assisted Living Facility position at Open Arms ALF?
14 bed Assisted Living Facility(LMH) affiliated with AHCA & APD.
- Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures within the communities/regulatory bodies(AHCA & APD)
- Leads team of caregivers and oversee their duties
- Ensure compliance and record recording keep for medications, & MAR
- Prepare and execute CEMP; run and records drills (fire, tornado, hurricane etc)
- Provides training and support to all team members and promotes quality care and independence for our residents
- Ensures completion of residents file
- Ensure staff certification are uptodate
- Recruitment and team building
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience as a caregiver for residents with mental health
- A minimum of one year of experience as a administrator
- Administrator's license
- Bachelor Degree
- Exceptional problem solving and time management skills
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and basic computing skills
- clean driving record
- pass required background check
