Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Escort clients to appointments and social outings
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
Experience:
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Familiarity with resident rights and regulations in a care setting
Skills:
- Proficient in medication administration and dosage management will be tought
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs will be taught
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies promptly
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care

Pay: $16.93 - $17.47 per hour
