- Transfers incoming calls to the right room, department or facilities within the hospital.
- Manages high volume calls efficiently
- Assists patients, visitors and vendors with directions inside and outside the hospital.
- Performs some clerical duties.
- Pages codes.
- Performs multi tasking while managing calls and shows a professional manner of call management.
- Always speaks clearly and fluently, is polite and friendly with a positive attitude and patience to listen.
- Answers multi line calls in a timely manner.
