We are building a modern wellness brand grounded in trust, science, and consumer relevance—and we’re looking for a Brand Manager who can think strategically, operate independently, and elevate the work around them.

About The Job

Main Responsibilities
- Own strategy and business performance for designated product lines
- Translate consumer, category, and cultural insights into strong positioning and annual brand plans
- Partner with leadership to set growth targets, KPIs, and brand priorities
- Experience with brand building and activities such as media (TV, digital), PR, shopper, partnerships, etc.
- Lead ideation of commercial innovation (claims, line extensions, renovation) along with partnering with Innovation team to commercialize new products with GTM plans and support.
- Collaborate closely with Innovation, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Creative to ensure products are differentiated, compliant, and consumer-loved
- Use data and judgment to identify opportunities, evaluate concepts, optimize formulations, and refine claims
- Lead GTM plans for omnichannel execution
- Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to translate brand strategy into strong retail execution, including pricing, promotion, and in-store performance.
- Write compelling creative briefs and manage agency partners to deliver strong, on-brand work
- Ensure the brand shows up cohesively, consistently, and with a high creative bar
- Monitor sales, media, brand health, competitive trends, and consumer behavior
- Pull insights from data to influence decisions—not just report numbers
- Build clear stories and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Comfort with P&L management, budgets and decision making
- Serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Supply/Ops, Insights,
- Build trust through preparation, clarity, and follow-through
- Manage projects with organization, calm, and maturity—especially under pressure
- 4 years of experience in brand management or related functions; CPG, wellness, beauty, or personal care experience preferred
- Successful track record managing launches, campaigns, activations, and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong judgment and the ability to make clear recommendations in ambiguous situations is essential
- Strong communicator with excellence in written storytelling (briefs, decks, messaging)
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
- Solid foundation in data analysis and business performance tracking; experience with analytical tools (Circana/Nielsen, Numerator, etc.) and insights (Zappi, Ipsos, etc.) preferred
