Job Responsibilities
- Greet service customers promptly in a courteous and professional manner.
- Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately identify and verify customers' service needs.
- Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding product and service requirements.
- Provide accurate estimates of service costs and completion times, securing proper customer authorization.
- Monitor vehicle service progress and communicate any changes to costs, completion times, or recommended services for customer approval.
- Administer warranty repairs for new and used vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Confirm service appointments by phone the day before scheduled visits and perform follow-up communications after repairs.
- Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure all services and repairs are completed properly and inform customers accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws relating to automobile repair and consumer protection.
- Demonstrate company values consistently in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
Working Hours
This is a full-time, in-person position with hours aligned to the dealership service department schedule.

- Minimum of two years experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license for Alabama with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude and energetic personality.
- Excellent verbal and written customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform well in a process-driven environment.
