What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Superintendent position at Opechee Construction Corporation?
Opechee Construction Corporation is seeking a dedicated and qualified Field Project Manager for its commercial design/build projects throughout New England.
Responsibilities Include:
- Management of all construction activity on an assigned jobsite.
- Coordination of all subcontractor and material delivery sequencing.
- Ensure that project plans, specifications, and contract requirements are followed.
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
- Ensure excellent quality control processes are followed.
- Communicate with Office PM and Project Architect to drive Opechee’s design/build process.
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in new commercial construction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand plans, schematics, and construction documents.
- Ability to learn new technology.
Compensation:
- Salary range of $150,000 - $200,000
