Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cranston, RI. This role is responsible for overseeing residential new construction and select commercial remodeling projects from planning through completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules, supervising site activities, managing subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring work meets quality, safety, and building code standards. The Construction Project Manager will monitor budgets and timelines, track project progress, resolve onsite issues, and communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also includes preparing and reviewing project documentation, change orders, and reports to support efficient, compliant project delivery.
