Transportation Driver (CNA Certified)

Willowcreek Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and reliable Transportation Drive to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring our residents arrive safely and on time to their medical appointments, therapy sessions, and community outings—all while providing comfort and companionship along the way.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide safe transportation for residents to and from medical appointments, hospital visits, and other destinations.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle safely, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times.
• Monitor residents during transport and report any changes in condition to nursing staff immediately.
• Maintain accurate schedules, logs, and required documentation.
• Keep the facility vehicle clean, safe, and in excellent working condition; perform routine maintenance checks.
• Support nursing staff with safe lifting, transferring, and mobility assistance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with physicians’ offices, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to ensure smooth coordination of care.
• Promote a positive, caring, and professional environment for residents and families.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license in good standing on the Missouri State Registry.
• Valid Missouri Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
