Requirements:
- Current CNA license (Missouri)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Restorative training (facility-provided if needed)
- 1 year CNA or therapy aide experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Assist residents with mobility, strength, and ADL retraining
- Carry out restorative programs under nursing/therapy guidance
- Monitor and document progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
- Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
- Promote resident independence and quality of life
