- Bachelors Degree in: Registered Dietician or Licensed Dietetian. Master's degree is preferred.
- Food Handler’s Permit
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little or no supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks well.
- Basic Understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
- Basic Computer skills
- Experience working with a licensed dietician, preferred.
- Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile
- Update resident’s food preference into tray card data base.
- Refer residents to Dietician for any resident’s having nutritional or eating issues.
