Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, schedule, and support housekeeping and laundry staff
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas for cleanliness and compliance
- Ensure high standards of sanitation and infection control
- Train team members on cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and equipment use
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate maintenance needs
- Collaborate with nursing, infection control, and maintenance departments
- Maintain all required records for scheduling, inspections, and compliance
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 5 years of supervisory experience in commercial housekeeping/laundry (required)
- 2 years of experience in a long-term care or healthcare facility (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, infection control, and OSHA guidelines
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
