- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting dignity and comfort.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following agency policies and Medicare guidelines.
- Document care provided and any changes in patient status promptly and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to address care needs.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas.
- Minimum of one year of experience in hospice experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Valid State Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Position: PRN (Every other weekend)
- Compensation: Competitive hourly pay
- Location: Dallas county
