Qualifications Required:
The Clinical Director will organize and oversee people and programs for Los Alamos Assisted Living. This role will be responsible for supervising and directing teams, budget, resident issues, programing and compliance. The right person for this role will possess excellent management, mentoring, communication and problem-solving skills. must be competent to perform all duties in the absence of the HD, Assisted Living Director. Must be capable of making mature judgments and interfacing with residents and resident families

Qualifications Required:
- Registered or Licensed Vocational Nurse degree.
- Must demonstrate excellent organizational leadership qualities with experience in building and boosting morale among staff members.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing and performnace evaluation procedures.
- Ability to effectively address and resolve employee conflict, resident and family concerns.

- Responsible for weekly and monthly audits.
