Shift: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a Every other weekend required

What You’ll Do:

• Provide patient care under the direction of nursing leadership
• Monitor and document patient conditions and changes
• Support with admissions, discharges, and daily rounds
• Follow procedures for medication, pharmacy orders, and care plans
• Ensure charting and reports meet regulatory standards
  
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Active LPN license or Registered Nurse license (Indiana)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Long-term care experience a plus, but not required
